President of the West Penn Soccer Football Association from 1942 to 1952.
Zampini, who had been an outstanding player in western Pennsylvania for Morgan before turning to administration in that region. Before heading the West Penn association, he served as president of the Keystone League of Western Pennsylvania during the 1930s. He was both chairman and vice chairman of the U.S. Football Association’s National Cup Committee.
Inducted in 1963.
