Secretary of both leagues and associations in upstate New York.
In 1947, Fowler became secretary of the Rochester and District Soccer League Senior Division. She served in that position for many years and eventually became secretary of the Northwestern New York state association as well. She was the wife of fellow Hall of Famer Dan Fowler.
Inducted in 1979.
